Effective with the September 28, 2003 update, each update from this point forthcoming will have a news letter detailing the highlights of the shakeup. This idea is inspired by the OCTA "weekly shakeup" news letters (as I refer to them). http://www.trainweb.org/nationaltimetable/announcements/28sep03/update.html is the one for the upcoming Sept. 2003 shakeup.
