It was last time I did that; though it was more than a year ago, I don't think service has been downgraded that much. I remember a choice of a Western omelet, a fruit plate with yogurt, and sausage with scrambled eggs.

It is as long as you board before 9:30am,there are generally 3 choices, an egg, a pancake/french toast, and a continental offering. After 9:30 it is limited to what's left or some type of continental offering until lunch is served.
