Last January I had Beef Tournedoes, a Chardonnay and a Merlot from Williamsburg Winery (VA) were served.
I cannot recall the other menu offerings beyond Chicken and Fish; and I have no postive info on what is offered in Coach. However, I understand that Coach fare is casserole dishes such as lasagna and stews.
