The Capitol Ltd just came past my office window, about 1 hr late into DC. Sadly, I noted that there was graffiti on one of the cars. Sorry - don't recall car number/type. I was very surprised and sad to see this.

I believe it is fairly easy to remove from the stainless steel Superliners.

Horizons (aluminum) unfortunately seem to stay tagged.
