I noticed while watching a game at dodger stadium in LA that Amtrak had multiple ads along one of the decks. Good to see Amtrak doing a little advertising in a good venue. some people in this country dont even know amtrak exists!

You wanna talk about advertising, go to the MCI center in D.C., I was up there for a Caps game and I had tickets to sit on the Acela Club level, they had an information booth set up talking about the Acela Express.
Nearly every exit to the seating bowl had the Amtrak Logo and name above it.
Also they had some sample seats from the Acela Express that one could sit in to "try out".
There was a restaurant on that level called the Acela Club restaurant or something or other.
I had a good time at the game despite the caps losing to the Sabres, and the fact that I had to drive there from Richmond, VA which would've been an easy, convenient thing to do.
But what can I say, they were a gift from a non-amtrak inthusiest.

Amtrak has a billboard advertising the Surfliners in Torrance, CA. It is on Hawthorne Blvd. next to the freight-only BNSF Harbor Subdivision

Those Amtrak ads have been there for several years. They're actually rotating advertising panels, so they're only visible for an inning or so during each game. I've seen similar advertising at SBC Park in San Francisco.
There are quite a few Amtrak billboards along streets in the L.A. area, although unlike the signs at Dodger Stadium, they carry the special "Amtrak California" logo (so presumably the billboards are paid for by the California Dept. of Transportation, and not Amtrak itself).
