The platform project at Carlsbad Village Station (MP228.7) on the Surfliner route is completed. The project at Encinitas (MP237.3) is approximately 90% complete with punch-list items left to be completed.

Actually, only the Coaster stops at these. The Surfliner zips right through.

Were they planning to make these Surfliner stops?
