The News is Saying the Pacific Surfliner has hit a Truck, The Train tore the the Trailer Locomotive first, did not Derail (Thank God) Thats all I know for now-

Here it is, thank goodness there were no injuries and the train did not derail. Hopefully the media will not take this to far.

The anchor on the Salinas station said it was "a Coast Starlight train" near Oxnard. I knew that wasn't right.

CP and Mr. Toy - yeh, they showed that video on NBC news down here in Florida last night also -- obviously it was a Pacific Surfliner train, NOT the CS!!

Thats amazing that 2 cams got in on tape.

Its good the locomotive was in the front, if a coach was, there could have been more serious damage as in the metrolink accident.
