Anyone care to speculate aboutthe former Metro North Budd SPV2000 sitting in a CSX yard in southwest Baltimore? It was mixed in with some freight cars.

It wanted to end a long but otherwise undistinguished career hauling MARC commuters like it's RDC cousins did 12-13 years ago maybe?
