I could use some help here. I need to reconnect with the thread for the item on South Dakota using Amtrak funds (SD has no Amtrak service) for purchase of other transit facilities. I believe it was in our forum here, but I have lost track of it. Also any other information people have on this would be helpful. Thanks, in advance
