Power in NEC was disrupted for several hours this morning, stranding thousands of weekday commuters on isolated areas of track, under the Hudson River and in the B&P Tunnel under Baltimore, among others. The service disruption affected all AMTRAK service between DC and NYC. Service has since been restored and now the "Wha happened, Lucy" investigation begins.
