Northbound 304 was 91 minutes late into Joliet last ngiht. I was on the train and we pulled off for a passing freight train and the train never came so they allowed us to go and then we went 30 minutes behind in a little town named Ballard. These delays are making Amtrak look bad. I was quite unhappy that it was 1 hour late into Lincoln, IL from Springfield. Would a letter to Amtrak Corporate help?
