Today when I was getting the train status over the phone Julie came back with file:xwert1/e some sort of gibberish of this sort. I think it had to do with the system not getting the right info from the file allocation for the train status.
Or when I said "Get Details" it said hold on and the it said hold on I'm transferring you to an agent.

I always giggle when checking train status and her response is "Hold on, I'll try and find your train."
Like, how can one misplace an entire train?
