In an LA Times article on Monday, 6/10, about the fires in Colorado, there was mention of railroad ties burning on the "Southern Pacific line". I believe they are talking about the UP (ex-SP ex-Rio Grande) near Glenwood Springs but have not seen any news articles posted on Trainweb.

I read on one of the web pages that the amtrak was delayed in Glenwood Springs one day and some were running up through Wyoming but have not heard anything else.
