After a morning of brief replies to the three threads I was watching, I noticed that my post count stood at 2,498.......

So......before I could forget (which I do sometimes), I hurriedly replied to a post I would not otherwise have replied to for 2,499 and thought I'd start this, my own celebratory thread to signify post #2,500.

I would hope that most of my other 2,499 contributions have been more worthwhile reading!!!!!!

Impressive, David. Your posts are always knowledgeable and entertaining. It's always nice to see your insights into issues pertaining to passenger rail in our neck of the (piney) woods.

You seen one issue pertaining to the piney woods, you've seen every issue pertaining to the piney woods, right?

And moderator - thanks for the kind words. You sure have an attractive train station in Fullerton.....at least as seen from the windows of #3 and #4!!!!

David, you are both a scholar and a gentleman. You have a wealth of knowledge and share it so graciously with us.
I join the others in congratulating you on your many posts.
