Starting to plan 2011 travels which includes trip from Portland to Vancouver and then Vancouver/Seattle. While the current Cascades schedule show a through train #516 I believe, when I try to price out the itinerary PDX/VAC the only options are trains to SEA and bus to VAC. Any one have any ideas as to the seeming paradox? Thanks. Best regards, Rodger

Apparently the Local-level funding, and hence the second SEA-VAC train, will soon be gone.
Last trip for #516 (evening NB train) is Sep 30.
Otherwise; looks like it will be ARF, ARF
