What is the difference between reserved coach and business class service on midwest corridor trains? Is it worth the money?

There really is not much difference, unless you get one of the unrefurbished coaches in regular coach service. The seats are roughly the same.
Business Class might be a little quieter and more peaceful. There is some beverage service included, but I don't know about snacks. If you are looking to spread out and do some work, Business Class is usually a lot less crowded, but not always.
