I would love to ask him if the West Coast will ever get any new cars! The Superliner II Sleeper I am in has had VERY LITTLE work done on it and I don't think will be usable in 5 years without a full refurb as the 31 Car has.
It's such a shame that so many people's first impression of Amtrak can be such old equipment like this.
