I forgot; due to track work, most Amtrak trains heading north may be going and coming from Grand Central Terminal, not Penn Station, in July (and June). There are shuttles from Penn but they make the trip much longer. Grand Central is magnificent, of course, but no Club ACELA Lounge.

No; I believe only affects Empire Service, Ethan Allen, Adirondack, Maple Leaf, and Lakeshore Ltd.
