A review of Train Status shows no information regarding any intermediate stops. It may be operating as Px 130 W, meaning that the Train Dispatchers have complete control of its operation without any timetable authority. It could even bypass a station such as Denver.

Likely account the extreme weather along the route, #5(14), or Px 130 West which it may have been operating as, was at least 12 hours late and without hotel power.
I think there is a trainload of young, educated, professionals proclaiming "never again" - and maybe that is what they want to hear @ One Mass.
Addendum: Train Status reports EMY 16hrs late, which means an arrival at about 8AM Sunday March 17. As such, they will miss out on opening receptions, and "networking" opportunities, that will be held Saturday.

That linked twitter feed might be some of the best advertising Amtrak could ever get. I'm sure they'll be glad to get off the train in Emeryville, but they seem to be enjoying the scenery and camaraderie of the delayed train trip. I'm sure there will be a whole slew of new games coming out with trains, floods, snow and gorgeous mountain scenery.
The Game Developers Conference doesn't begin until Monday so they won't be missing anything important at the conference.

From reviewing the sponsor's promotional material, they wisely marketed this trip as an experience featuring "indoor camping". Anyone such as myself whose idea of camping is at "Camp Marriott" had best stay away.
As of a few moments ago, #5(14) is expected EMY 1177ML.
