Does anyone have any links to websites or forums that discuss scenery building? I am in the process of building a large O guage layout and am looking for pointers

I just read about a new technique that is really exciting, and I plan to apply it in my next layout. It uses plastic screen, with a layer of Great Stuff foam sprayed on top. This is followed up by a dry layer of plaster gauze that it wetted with a spray bottle using water and a bit of detergent. Supposedly, this is less messy and the layer of foam underneath the plaster holds trees a lot better than plaster alone!
