Has anyone seen or heard of a video on DCC. I'm looking for information about DCC so that I may learn more about the subject. I think a video on the subject that shows a live presentation of what it is and how to implement the technology on ones' layout would be a welcome resource for us model railroaders.

Hey,

This is just what I am talking about. A control system so complex that it needs a video to learn how to use it?
Come on!
I don't know what to tell you! I simply will not use a system that requires a sledge hammer to drive a thumb-tack.
It has just always seemed to me to be a system that needs a blow-torch to heat a cup of coffee.
I don't mean to offend anybody, its just my way of thinking.
The simpler it is, the less there is to go wrong!!!!!!!! And there is plenty to go wrong with DCC!!!!
The DCC guys will tell you it is the simplest thing out there.
Geeese! A 747 pilot will tell you it is simple to fly a 747. It may be! After years of learning how. Not everybody wants to learn to fly a 747!!!
I hope that I have not come across as rude! It is just my way of thinking.

Shane
