How do I go about finding information on an engine that I purchased at a train show. All I have is the road number. I can't find anything that would tell me who manufactured it. I need to replace the motor and need to know who to contact.

Take it to a hobby shop that specializes in model railroading. Also check on the bottom for an ID.

If you have a digital camera, take some pictures of it, including one of the underside, and e-mail them to me. Better yet, why not contact me about replacing the motor? ALCORS-11@juno.com Jared
