Hey! Is there someone who converts two dc rails to 3rail ac by anyway converting a wire in the middle? Has anybody did it by some way or any idea in order to did it. What do you prefer 2rail or 3rail?

Dude stay with the two rail system. More realistic looking

DO YOU BELIEVE SO BECAUSE MARKLIN I THINK HAS THE MORE ATTRACTIVE COLLECTION. I VE READ A LOT OF GERMAN MANUFACTORS AND I FOUND MORE TRYLLY. THATS WHY I M LOOKING TO CHANGE THE RAILS WITH OUT DESTROYING THE LAYOUT

I don't think you can change the track from two rail d.c. to three rail a.c. once the track is down and ballasted. You could probably use the pin system on each tie like Marklin does if you do it and wire it up before you lay the track.
