Here's a no brainer & cheap idea for weathering faded cars and it comes from the folks at Athearn.Spray dullcote on the car, let it dry overnight, then hit it with a pump spray of regular isopropyl alcohol.
If you don't like the results, it's reversible-
just re-spray will dullcote and it's like nothing happened(chemical re-action)
Stands out better on darker colored cars, roof,and the bull nose of my F units.
