It was reported last night (12/18/03) on the CBS Evening News that Union Pacific will now charge model train manufacturers for the use of their name/logo. This reportedly will also apply to roads which UP has previously acquired such as Rio Grande, Southern Pacific, etc. What is this about? Comments?
