I'm new to this forum but I've been in model railroading for more than 30 years (HO scale). I recently completed the installation of my DCC system and everything is up and running. After I had looked at what DCC systems were available, I finally chose the NCE system. I have over 80 locomotives and I only have decoders installed in two of them. I don't enjoy the work involved with decoder installation and would like to have someone else install the decoders in the remaining locos that I have. Can anyone recommend someone who does this work? I want someone who has experience doing this kind of thing and knows what they are doing.

Hello ZDprospector,

I just posted something under HO scale on this forum that might be of interest to you. Under HO scale look for the post about "Decoder installation in HO locos" as this will hopefully help you out. I use this guy and he does great work. He can be contacted at:
