This is to the engineers, conductors and dispatchers out there. On at least two occasions Rock & Rail personnel have ignored Union Pacific dispatchers' orders to move their track vehicles so that a Royal Gorge Route train could proceed through their joint line in the Royal Gorge near Canon City, Co. I though the dispatcher's word is law and must be followed. Isn't this so.
The two companies are having a feud over the route.
