I am a real estate agent and am trying to find schedule info for the local track as it influences a homebuyer who wants to experience the passing freights before committing to the purchase.

Help??!!!

Hello,
In Santa Barbara, there are freights that pass through, but they appear after the Amtrak trains clear

Sorry to disagree but you can expect frieght traffic thru SBA anytime day or nite. Have passed more than a few in the siding there on Amtrak.

Thanks for your input. Does anyone have a phone # or url for whatever entity that manages the freight traffic through Santa Barbara? That coastal route travels from San Diego all the way north for passengers, but may get freights from other feeds as well. Thanks!
