Saw an interesting UP train heading east over Beaumont Pass this morning (3/17). General merchandise but the first 15-20 cars were loaded coal hoppers? Does anyone know where this was going and what train it was?
Interesting power also. Six engines on the front, 3rd was NS and 5th & 6th were CSX, the trailing unit was a freshly painted CSX GP30! Also had three SP units helping on the rear.
