(I am reposting this info here for those that do not look thru the News section on this board)

Here are a few links for info on the
BIG Pacific Northwest earthquake that I have
found by surfing the web:

Here is a page from the Trainorders discussion board
with a few links: http://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?f=1&i=31246&t=31210

I also remembered to search for the TV Station of KIRO in Seattle: http://www.seattleinsider.com/partners/kirotv/

Here are a few pages from the USGS website: http://pasadena.wr.usgs.gov/seattle
and: http://earthquake.usgs.gov/activity/latest/eq_01_02_28.html

For the Portland metro area News Media go to this page: http://dir.yahoo.com/regional/u_s__metros/
Select PORTLAND, then select NEWS and MEDIA-Television . You will then find the web pages for the big TV stations in the Portland area.

This is the Yahoo News Full Coverage URL of the Seatte Earthquake:
http://dailynews.yahoo.com/fc/US/seattle_earthquake

The Washington State Goverment Earthquake page can be found here:
http://www.wa.gov/wsem/

I hope everyone made it through this disaster with out much damage!
