Got invited to an interview with the UP for a train service job in California, I haven't worked in the railroad industry before and I don't know very much about the UP. If you are a Conductor or Engineer at UP can you let me know how well you like working for UP?

Please disregard the BNSF part of my screen name, I thought I would like to work for the BN but have decided to look into possibilities with the other railroads out west.
