Howdy all,

I'd like to get some feedback on this, if anyone out there is in the know. I applied for a BNSF conductor trainee job in Vancouver, WA a while back and just got asked to attend the orientation/testing on wednesday. After that, apparently those who test well will be interviewed one-on-one.

I'm curious if anyone on the group has some experience with this - what to expect at the orientation, how the testing process works, etc. Basically what if anything do I need to demonstrate to get good marks and get this job!

Would sure appreciate any helpful tips. Thanks!

THAT's the group I wanted - I had posted these questions to TrainOrders and somebody recommended posting them to Railforum "because that's where the rails hang out." Once I got here I thought it didn't look too much better than Trainorders. I'm sure they meant therailforum.com. Thanks for the correction!
