EST (Toronto) - 11:00 AM Tuesday: Need response within 2 hours!!!! (after that, response will still be useful)
I've been asked to get some rail distance data between NA cities (or best-guess as the crow flies, in a pinch!), but using MapQuest.com or similar sites is too time-consuming.
Need something like a Road Map's city-to-city table, but ideally in a spreadsheet, text file, or other copy-able document.
I can't find anything on any government, OR railway site, that provides the info I need. There MUST be some sites out there with either online text, or downloadable files... Any help appreciated!
I'm out of time, and desperate to get this info! ** Pure luck will have you reading this within the hour of the post (assuming the post is instant!) & be able to reply - I'll be checking every 10 minutes or so as I continue using Mapquest...)
Thanks for anything helpful!

U.P. once had a "mileage calculator" on its website. By inserting place names one could get distances by rail. Dunno if it is still there, but you might check.

Amtrak timetables show the mileage of its routes, including mileage at each station.
