UP1996 is leading southbound on the Z train to LA finally and didnt break down on cascades tongue sticking out smiley go get em on tehachapi

The scoop as I see it:
At the Loop about 1:30 to 2:30 pm Thursday. I will try to get a better update in the morning. UPSP 1996 - a 'UP' - Patched SP 8187, now UP 9651. 3 units in that order.
