I saw several west and eastbound movements of this excursion as it passed through town during Sunday.

GP38 and two E9A's on the westend. 10 coach set including a smoky RDC. A SD45 was on the east end.

Very slow moving train. I suspect the E9A's were along for the ride and not powered up.

Were they going slow when traveling east through Oakland?
