I have become very interested in and have been following on a monthly basis the progress of restoration being carried out on one of the very first deisel electric streamliners in the history of railroad...the Boston and Maine's "Flying Yankee" I have been checking out the "Flying Yankee" group's new photo filled site which is one thousand percent better than the original site which no one ever changed or refreshed. At the new site there are monthly updates of news and photos.

If anyone has the same interest in the Flying Yankee project as I, I would like to hear comments. I think this is the first time...at least for me....that I have heard of an organization restoring an entire train set...and restoring it back to operational condition.

If you do have interest please, I would like to see your comments.

Thanks very much.
