A semi driver trying to back up his rig at a railroad crossing near this Warren County village had his trailer crushed when an eastbound Amtrak train slammed into it Monday afternoon. None of the 177 train passengers or crew was injured, but the engine was disabled and had to be replaced, delaying passengers for three hours.
