C&O 2716 is reported to be on the move south from Fort Wayne,IN. to Cincinnati, via the NS New Castle District. It is a 0 (zero) symbol train. Should be a restricted move to about 25mph, maybe 40, but I can't be sure of its condition. If you can see it, it will be pulled by a GP38 NS 2846, it will be spaced between to box cars for buffers.
