A group of 4 of us is going to Cuba mid-September. We need advice as to where to find steam at that time of year.

Steam in Cuba runs during the cane harvest, which is generally Jan-Feb and early March. Last time I was there (Sept. 1992) on a non-railfan business trip, every sugar mill I visited (4 of em) was dormant.
