Guys I have just found this article from the trainsmag.com

Frustrated with mounting delays, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is considering levying fines against Amtrak, which operates Boston-area commuter trains for the agency. Understaffing at Amtrak has led to frequent breakdowns and scheduling problems, the Boston Globe reported. Amtrak declined to comment.

so guys what is your reaction to this

I would think the MBTA jobs would be more stable (even if a bit boring) so I don't understand the staffing shortage, unless the pay is much less compared to Amtrak long haul work.

It's just yet another example of Amtrak's poor quality control.

I'd imagine the inadequate staffing is driven solely by Amtrak's chronic financial woes. I've heard of staffing all across Amtrak being cut to the bone (and half of the bone, too); note recent reports of additional personnel cuts. Apparently this extends to the contract operations as well.
