On Sunday 4/28 I saw the westbound Capitol Ltd come through Harpers Ferry, WV...there were three charter/private cars in tow (ahead of the Material cars). One of the cars was the Scottish Thistle...still based out of LA?
Each time I have seen that train go through (usually weekends) it has 2 or 3 private or business cars on the end...

Would think the Cap would be the choice to East Coast over the other routes (except the Cardinal) Pity that they have to pay so much just to be able to view the front end of a roadrailer
