Evidently the big snowstorm has blocked the former RF&P line. Do they even have snowplows in that area, or will they have to wait their turn for one to be shipped from the mountain area?

The shut down was due to ice and sleet build up plus a few inches of snow. It is the ice that is mainly causing the problems and that will not melt until the sun comes out or MOW gets out their de-icer equipment.
