Amtrak's new F59PHI locos seem to come in a wide range of paint schemes out west. Does anyone which paint schemes are used on which trains? For instance, on which trains are the Amtrak West and Amtrak California locos used?

(I'd go and research this myself but it's going to be a while before I can do some railfanning.)

Thanks.

Ron

Hi Ron,
Even though the locomotives can operate on any train, I believe that the silver and blue units operate mostly on the Surfliners, and the Amtrak Cal. units operate on the San Joaquins and Capitols. The cars match the locomotives on these routes.
In the Northwest, the F59PHI's are in a creme and brown color, which matches the Cascade's Talgos.
