I heard that the 1400 and 1500 mail cars are being banned nation wide because of being prone to derailment. Anybody else hear anything?

I heard that they were given a speed restriction of 60MPH on the Norfolk Southern somewhere on the East Coast because of some worries. They are rated for 90MPH, so I'm not sure what exactly is going on...
Anyone have better info?

Amtrak put a 60 mph speed restriction on all MHCs. That means they will not be in service and mail instead will be put in baggage cars, roadrailers, and express box cars.
