I noticed that a round trip SBA/LAX/SBA that I made in February had not posted to my Guest Rewards account. I submitted the forms and noted that they said, "if they agreed with their records" the points would be posted within 48 hours. That sounded a little optimistic. It's been 7 days now. Anybody else had this experience?

i think it sometimes takes a month or two before the points are posted.

My Surfliner trips usually show up in a week or two and a trip that I took a couple of weeks after the "missing" trip has posted. I'm sure it will turn up eventually.

I am new to this Guest Rewards thing.

Do the points automatically show up when I buy tickets and give my # or do I have to initiate the process?

John--

They should show up, eventually, as long as you have signed up for membership and given your number when you made the reservation. Check your tickets. The number should appear on each one. Keep those stubs just in case you need to make a claim later like I'm doing.
