I am planning on taking the Maple Leaf eastbound from Toronto to Albany, NY. I was wondering if anyone has taken this train, and can tell me which side of the train I should sit on to get the best scenery. Please let me know if you have any input!! Thanks

I've take this route in NY from Buffalo to Albany two or three time in last couple of years. I've tended to stick to the "south" or "right" side considering the front of the train and direction of travel.

Just be prepared to have the sun in your face though if the weather is nice.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it no matter what.

Good ridin'!
