An item in USA Today said that Harrisburg will expand its airport to compete with Baltimore-Washington International (BWI). Plans include an Amtrak station.
Not sure how this fits in with all the other talk of cutbacks.

An airport Amtrak station was part of the Keystone Corridor project. (Upgrading track speeds and modernisation of catenary between Philadelphia and Harrisburg.) I hope this project will continue as a first step of a corridor to Pittsburgh.
