Come and have a look, you might enjoy. The discussions get heated at times. There seems to be quite a few different opinions even amongst passenger rail advocates. Reggie http://groups.yahoo.com/group/All_Aboard/ Posted by reggierail (Member # 26) on :
I am thoroughly frustrated with that Yahoo group. The registration process was confusing and excessive. Once I finally got in I posted a message Saturday night. It still has not shown up on Monday. It's not worth the trouble.

Not long ago, I sent a message to All Aboard, only to have it finally show up four days later. Wonders of the electronic age: snail mail would have been faster.
Still, the group usually works much better. I thoroughly enjoy reading the interactions from a group of very knowledgable participants.

I really can't understand the problems posting at All_Aboard. I post often, both from the website & my Compuserve account. My messages usually show up in a few minutes. Yahoo has the occasional problems, but they are not a problem for me. there are many knowledgable members there & I enjoy the interaction very much. Reggie

Yea, Reggie....how did the rest of your trip go?
My wife got a good picture of you and some other "unhappy campers" on the bus to Dallas. Want me to e-mail it to ya?
