I'm making an Amtrak journey roundtrip from Kelso, WA to Anaheim, CA leaving on Oct. 3rd and returning on Oct. 11th.

Is the Amtrak funding issue likely to cause problems for this trip? I don't know much about the subject and didn't see much after searching.
