Hello Everyone.......... Last night while watching the news on TV (6:00 PM NEWS on KTVU Channel 2 Fox affiliate in the SF Bay Area)they had mentioned that starting tomorrow (Tuesday 01/14/03) Amtrak was going to have Certified Massage Therapists riding the Capitol offering NECK AND SHOULDER massages to passengers.
According to the report I saw, the Massages will be for the Neck and Shoulders only. Please keep in mind that this will NOT be a free service provided by Amtrak.
Any passenger who wants to take advantage of this service will have to pay one dollar ($1.00) per MINUTE. So this is not CHEAP.
As of this time, this service is an experiment to see if it will catch on. If this service becomes popular on the Capitol, it will be added to other lines operated by AMTRAK.

It was on KNX-Los Angeles (CBS radio news) yesterday also. Will see if it catches on.
